Client Operations Specialist

Universal Avenue is looking for a Client Operations Specialist to provide best-in-class phone, chat and email support to our growing client base in Sweden. 

What you will do

You will specialise in providing support to our key stakeholders:

  • SMBs (Small and Medium-sized business) that buy our solutions
  • Sales partners that sell our solutions
  • Brands that provide our solutions

Your primary responsibility will be towards SMBs and concern two kinds of service: 

Who you are

We look for people who are passionate about what they do best, people with a can-do attitude, lots of energy and keen attention to detail. Demonstrable experience in customer support is a must. 

You are a persistent and curious person, encouraged to inspire change on a global scale and have dedication to something bigger than yourself. You are a standout colleague, always looking for ways to improve processes. 

Fast pace is something you are used to working in, sometimes with tasks way beyond your job description that require getting into the details to ensure success.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • 3+ years of customer support experience, preferably with SaaS companies
  • Strong social skills and ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • An impeccable phone manner
  • Experience working with ticket handling systems, such as ZenDesk
  • Experience configuring digital services for end users 

Nice to have skills:

  • Fluency in another language
  • International work experience
  • Experience from rapid scaling in a startup environment
  • Basic understanding of SMBs and their main characteristics
