Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
3+ years of customer support experience, preferably with SaaS companies
Strong social skills and ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
An impeccable phone manner
Experience working with ticket handling systems, such as ZenDesk
Experience configuring digital services for end users
Nice to have skills:
Fluency in another language
International work experience
Experience from rapid scaling in a startup environment
