As a support specialist, your role is to help end customers in Universal Avenue's B2B ecosystem get up and running with hardware (primarily Apple hardware) and software. Some times you will support from your office in central Stockholm, other times you will need to travel to meet the customer. Work might at some times require flexibility and work on evenings or weekends.
We look for a person who is passionate about serving customers, have no fear of reaching out, and have experience with problem solving in the iOS/macOS environment.
